1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Service Descriptions

Lampi Signs provides automotive painting and related services. All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Actual pricing may vary based on final inspection of the vehicle and any additional work required beyond the initial scope.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations may be subject to a diagnostic fee. We strive to complete all work within estimated timeframes but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to schedule most painting projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before vehicle release. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee.

5. warranties

We offer a 2-year limited warranty on paint adhesion and finish defects for our painting services. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, neglect, normal wear, or improper maintenance. Ceramic coating warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product line.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not responsible for any incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, and images, are the property of Lampi Signs and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
